Your purchase must be paid for via Cash, Cashier Check, Only. An 18% Buyer's Premium will be added to your purchase. The invoice must be paid with 24 hours of the close of the auction.

If you are in the market for a car, truck, SUV, van, alternative fuel vehicle, boat, trailer, golf cart or construction equipment then look no further. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TERMS: General Terms and Conditions All vehicles and lot items are sold "AS IS," WHERE IS." There are no warranties (expressed or implied), adjustments, repairs, refunds, or exchanges. By bidding, buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the State of California from any and all damages, injuries, and/or causes of action which may involve any equipment, tools, or other goods occurring subsequent to the date of this sale. All smog related repairs and certifications are the sole responsibility of the buyer (refer to California Vehicle Code division 12, section 24007.5). Vehicles must be picked up within FOUR (4) working days following the auction. Auction lot hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding State Holidays and Furlough Fridays). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Bidding begins by filling out and submitting a Bidder Data Sheet (available in the Auction Cashiering office) on the day of the auction to register and obtain a bidder paddle. A Bidder Data Sheet must be filled out for every auction. Note: New bidders (or those who have not obtained a bidder paddle in a while) will need to show photo identification to register for a bidder paddle. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Cashier's or Certified Checks, and Money Orders are the only accepted forms of payment. No cash or personal checks accepted.
